L'idea di adibire l'edificio a struttura ricettiva di "bed and breakfast" nasce semplicemente dalla lettura del progetto di ristrutturazione della mia abitazione: da esso si evince la naturale predisposizione a tale destinazione laddove ogni piano è dotato di camera con bagno autonomo e il piano terra assolve al servizio di prima colazione.

Viene così a migliorare la "privacy" nei momenti di riposo

La presenza di caratteristico poggiolo su due piani permette all'ospite di osservare e ascoltare la campagna limitrofa.

Quest'ultima offre ampie possibilità di passeggiate per raggiungere il borgo di Grum con annessa Villa settecentesca, il Castello di Lusa, le frazioni Arson e Lasen rientrando lungo la Valle di San Martino, Vignui, salendo alla collina di Altin e ridiscendendo a Umin fiancheggiando la Chiesetta di San Marcello. Oppure dirigendosi verso Villabruna, salire la collina di Cart e ridiscendere in località Sant'Anna e Foen.

Per chi condivide la mia passione per il cavallo offro la possibilità di scuderizzare il proprio presso i miei box ed accompagnarlo in passeggiate che nulla hanno da invidiare a quelle con equiturismo già affermato.
