Colazione:

La colazione è varia e dipende dalla disponibilità dei prodotti di stagione e dei produttori locali. Privilegiamo prodotti tipici del territorio, il più possibile freschi, coltivati e prodotti in modo naturale.



Si offre la possibilità di scegliere una colazione vegetariana, biologica e per celiaci.



Per garantire privacy e tranquillità agli ospiti, ogni stanza ha il suo ingresso indipendente. Disponiamo di due camere da letto, una matrimoniale e una grande camera per quattro persone con letto matrimoniale e letto a castello.



Un ampio bagno con doccia, in comune alle due camere (se entrambe occupate) e ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti.





Nella bella stagione è possibile gustare la prima colazione nel grazioso giardino antistante le camere.



Se lo desiderate, potete variare la soluzione BB affitando due camere, in modo da essere completamente autonomi.



L’igiene e la pulizia degli ambienti viene eseguita in maniera minuziosa evitando l’uso di detergenti forti e quindi irritanti.

La biancheria viene lavata, asciugata e stirata in casa direttamente da noi con detergenti biologici.

The Bed and Breakfast "I Gabbiani", owned and run by Claudia and Michele, is situated in the heart of the Umbrian hills, only 20 minutes from the historic centres of Perugia and Assisi. The location of ’I Gabbiani’ allows one to relax, explore the surrounding countryside, as well as visit nearby towns and cities.



The eco-friendly BB is located on the ground floor of Claudia and Michele’s recently renovated home, providing guests with their own private entrance and facilities. A spacious garden and outdoor dining area offer an ideal space for relaxing, while the peaceful surroundings are perfect for walks and bicycle rides.



You will have the opportunity to discover the historical and natural heritage of the Umbria region. Including the region’s capital Perugia and the well known hill town of Assisi, both of which are easily accessible by car or train. Closer to home are the charming towns of Umbertide and Città di Castello.



Breakfast



Breakfast is available from 6:00am -12:00pm daily. Breakfast includes coffee, tea, juice, bottled water, fresh fruit, bread, yogurt, cereal, and a fresh homemade cake or bread each morning.

Both rooms available for rent are fully furnished and brightly decorated. There is one bathroom, kitchen area, and outdoor dining area to be shared between the two rooms.



Room 1: Available with either a queen bed or two single beds. Other amenities include a large wardrobe, television, bed side tables. A desk is available upon request. This rooms private door leads directly into the corridor which connects the two rooms to the terrace, the kitchen area, and the bathroom.



Room 2: This is the most spacious room and can accommodate up to six people -with one queen bed, one double bed, and a bunk bed available. This is the ideal room for any family vacation or group of friends! Other amenities include a desk, wardrobe, bedside tables. This room has a set of double glass doors which lead directly onto the outside terrace, as well as a door connecting it to the shared corridor to the bathroom and kitchen area.



Other notes:



Both rooms have private doors and locks.

Bathroom is exclusive for bed and breakfast guests and is cleaned daily.

If you desire a truly private and spacious stay, ask about the option of renting both rooms.
