Situata nel medievale Borgo di Bisticci, in piacevole posizione panoramica, tra le colline toscane del Chianti Valdarno a 18km da Firenze, è facilmente raggiungibile dall’Autostrada A1,ed è il luogo ideale per trascorrere una vacanza in assoluto relax, essendo al contempo, molto vicina ai luoghi culturali più importanti della Toscana : Firenze, Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo, Pisa.

La Casa Colonica, completamente restaurata nel 2002, era in origine magione del Guardiacaccia dell'attiguo Castello di Bisticci ( 1450), ed è circondata da oliveti e da una foresta di castagni, con possibilità di effettuare piacevoli escursioni e passeggiate nei boschi vicini.

La casa è contornata da ampi giardini e da un boschetto , assicurando agli Ospiti un soggiorno gradevole e di assoluto riposo. Tranquillità e riservatezza garantite da un vicinato silenzioso e rispettoso della natura.

’La Pietra Grezza Casa Vacanze’ offre in affitto sia a settimane che per periodi più lunghi fino a 12 mesi , due appartamenti :’ La Lilla’ e ’Antico Camino’.

Gli appartamenti in caratteristico stile toscano con pavimenti in cotto e soffitti con travi a vista, sono dotati di TV con presa SAT, lavastoviglie, frigo/frizer, cucina con forno ventilato e riscaldamento centralizzato ma a conduzione autonoma, con produzione di acqua calda.

A soli 18km da Firenze, e scendendo la collina a 1,3km dal piccolo borgo di Cellai, questa amabile casa colonica è composta da tre appartamenti, ciascuno con la propria area coperta privata per cenare fuori, attorniata da vasi di terracotta con piante fiorite.

L’appartamento inferiore è la residenza del proprietario, che è sempre disponibile ad offrire assistenza ed informazioni sia sui negozi, supermercati e ristoranti, che sulle sagre e manifestazioni in essere nelle città vicine.

Gli appartamenti sono arredati in modo confortevole,sono compresi biancheria da letto, da bagno e da cucina, stoviglie e accessori di cucina; aspirapolvere, stenditoio, asse e ferro da stiro; la lavatrice è in comune nel locale caldaia. E’ disponibile un lettino/culla.

Negli affitti mensili elettricità e gas sono a consumo, nei settimanali sono compresi nel prezzo.

Cani medio piccoli sono accettati se di buona condotta.

Appartamento 1 " Antico Camino " posti letto 4/6

Tipico appartamento toscano al piano terra della casa colonica con una aia in pietra davanti all'ingresso, con gazebo, tavolo, sedie per cenare all’aperto,un barbecue, e sdraio e ombrellone per rilassanti pomeriggi nel patio..

Ci sono due camere da letto, una matrimoniale con le pareti restaurate con gli antichi colori, e l'altra con due letti ( anche unibili) con alzate in legno intarsiato fine ottocento.

Entrambe le camere sono dotate di armadi primi novecento, finestre con scuri con bellissima vista sulle colline e presa Tv. Salotto con divano-letto a due piazze, Tv, poltrona e tavolo tondo con sedie ideale per giochi.

Il moderno bagno è dotato di lavandino, bidet e wc in porcellana bianca e di doccia con idromassaggio, armadietto e ripostiglio.

La sala da pranzo con l'antico camino in pietra, è caratterizzata da un vecchio lavello in pietra sotto la finestra, che aggiunge fascino ad un appartamento affascinante;c’è un tavolo ovale ( 6/8 posti) in palissandro e mobile vetrina in arte povera.

La cucina è completamente arredata con tavolo e mobili in legno con ripiani in marmo, cucina a gas con forno ventilato, frigorifero con frizer,tostapane, microonde e lavastoviglie.

Il giardino, dalla parte opposta all'aia, e composto da un vasto prato con alberi da frutto ed attrezzato con tavolo, sedie, amaca, ombrellone e sdraio.

Parcheggio privato sull'aia inferiore.





Appartamento 2 " La Lilla" posti letto 5/6



L'appartamento è collocato al primo piano, con incantevole vista sulla Villa di Torre a Cona da una parte, e su uno scorcio del Valdarno dall'altra.

Si raggiunge con una graziosa scala in legno a terrazze,con fiori cadenti dalle rocce da un lato e il tetto in cotto della legnaia ricoperto di fiori rampicanti dall’altro.

C’è un piacevole prato privato con sdraio ed ombrellone per rilassarsi nei pomeriggi, con una tranquilla vista sulle colline circostanti.

Vi è anche un’area coperta da un gazebo con tavolo e sedie con barbecue, per cenare al fresco con amici e familiari

Comprende due camere da letto, una matrimoniale con testata in ferro battuto dipinto e mobili primi novecento, e una più grande con tre letti (di cui due unibili) con alzate in legno e mobili toscani primi novecento.

I bagni sono completamente moderni, quello grande ha sanitari in porcellana grigia, (lavandino,bidet, wc e vasca grande con doccia) e la lavatrice, quello piccolo wc e lavandino.

Soggiorno TV con divano in pelle e poltrone, sala da pranzo con tavolo in ferro battuto e cristallo (8 persone) con mobili credenza in legno e un’attraente stufa in ghisa per i giorni d’inverno.

La moderna cucina ha tutti i conforti necessari, con cucina a gas con forno ventilato, frigo con frizer,tostapane e lavastoviglie.

Parcheggio privato nell'aia inferiore.

I prezzi vanno da 430 € a 770 € ad appartamento, tutto compreso, per gli affitti settimanali, a secondo il numero degli Ospiti e la stagione:

Un deposito del 30 è richiesto al momento della prenotazione ( sia con bonifico bancario che con PayPal ) ed il saldo all’arrivo alla Pietra Grezza ( in contanti, non abbiamo il servizio di carte di credito.

"La Pietra Grezza" ( The Raw Stone) is situated in the medieval hamlet of Bisticci, in a panoramic position among the rolling hills of Tuscany, in the Chianti Valdarno area, 18 km far from Florence.. Easily reached from highway A1, it is the ideal location to spend a relaxing vacation in the Tuscan countryside, while at the same time being very near to the many cultural sites in Tuscany - such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo and Pisa.

The farmhouse, completely restored in recent years, was once the mansion of the Hunting-Keeper of the adjoining Bisticci Castle (1450), and is surrounded by olive groves and a forest of chestnut trees, with cypress trees towering above.

The house is surrounded by large gardens, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant stay. Solitude and privacy is guaranteed in this relaxing natural environment.

’ La Pietra Grezza Holidays Home’ let two apartments both to weeks and for longer periods up to 12 months.

The apartments, in characteristic Tuscan country style, have cotto tile floors, beamed ceilings and are completely furnished with televisions, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and centralized heating. Only 18km from Florence, and a simple drive down the hill to the small village of Cellai, this lovely rural estate consists of a gracious large house divided into three apartments, each with their own private covered area for outdoor dining , surrounded by terra cotta pots of beautiful flowering plants. The bottom floor apartment is the residence of the owner who is conveniently there to offer assistance from directions to the nearest market, to informing you of upcoming events in the near by towns. The apartments are comfortably furnished, with bed linens provided, towels for both kitchen and bath, dish and cooking utensils, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron. Centralized heating but to autonomous management with production of warm water. There is also a washing machine and drying racks conveniently located on the premises. Cradle on request.

Electricity and gas are included when renting by the week, and are pro rated by consumption when renting by the month.

Apartment 1- "Antico Camino" (Ancient Fireplace)- Sleeps 4/6

A typical, Tuscan farmhouse, there is an old threshing floor in stone in front of the entryway, with a lovely

patio area with covered gazebo, table and chairs for outdoor dining, a barbecue, and chaise lounges with a

large umbrella for afternoons spent relaxing in the garden.

The apartment consists of two large bedrooms, a master bedroom with matrimonial (queen size) bed with the walls restored with ancient colours, and the other containing two beautifully ornate twin beds ( unit able ), dating to over 800 years old.

Both bedrooms have wardrobe closets made approximately 100- 150 years ago and views overlooking the valley below.

The living area has a double sofa-bed, television, easy chair, and a round table with chairs ideal for games.

The bathroom is fully modernized and consists of a sink, bidet and toilet, a shower with water massage, locker and closet.

The dining room has an old stone fireplace and original stone sink under the window, adding to the charm of this charming home.

There is an oval rosewood table, seating 6/8, along with a lovely Tuscan cabinet.

The kitchen is completely furnished with a table and furniture which is wooden, with marble ledges.

There is a ventilated gas oven and stove, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, microwave and dishwasher.

The garden, from the opposite side of the threshing floor, is composed of a vast lawn with fruit trees.

Apartment 2- "La Lilla" (The Lilac)- Sleeps 5/6

This apartment is located on the top floor, with an enchanting view of the Villa of Tower to Cona on one

side, and a beautiful view of the Valdarno from the other.

The apartment is reached by a lovely terraced staircase with flowers cascading from the rocks on one side and antique red roof tiles on the other.

There is a lovely private lawn area with chaise lounges and a sun umbrella for relaxing in the evenings, with a peaceful view over the countryside and an old brick hay barn.

There is also a covered outdoor dining area with a table and chairs with barbecue, for "al fresco" meals with friends and family.

This apartment is composed of two bedrooms, the master bedroom with an iron capoletto beaten painted bed (matrimonial or queen size), dresser and night tables , and a 900 year old closet.

The second bedroom has three beds, two of which can be adjoined to make a matrimonial or queen size. There is also an antique wardrobe closet in this room and a dresser and night tables with bedside lamps.

The bathrooms are fully modernized.

The main bathroom has a sink, toilet and bidet, a large bathtub with shower and a washing machine.

The small second bathroom has a sink and toilet.

The sitting room has a television, leather sofa and two armchairs, two sideboards, built in bookshelves, and a quaint antique stove for cold winter days.

There is a large crystal and beaten iron dining table which seats eight.

The modern kitchen has all the comforts you need, including cooking equipment, a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave and toaster.

Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Doppelzimmer mit den restaurierten Wänden mit den alten Farben, und das anderei ist ein Zweibettzimmer ( die Betten können getrennt werden), mit Bettkante aus Holz mit Einlegearbeit, des 19. Jahrhunderts.

Die beide Zimmer sind mit Schränken ausgestattet der ersten Jahren des 20. Jahrhunderts, Fenster mit Fensterladen mit schönster Blick aufs Hügel e mit Fernseher.

Wohnzimmer Das doppelt Liegesofa, mit TV, Sessel und rundem Tisch mit Stühlen: Ideal um zu spielen.

Das Eβzimmer, mit dem alten Kamin aus Stein, wird charakterisiert durch einen alten Waschbecken aus Stein unter das Fenster, das steigert den Reiz von einer faszinierenden Wohnung; es gibt einen ovalen Tisch ( 6/8 Platzzahl) aus Palisander und ein Glasschrank der ‘Arte Povera’ (arme Kunst).

Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock, mit bezauberndem Blick auf Villa di Torre in Cona einerseits, und auf Teilansicht von Valdarno andererseits.

Die Wohnung erreicht mit einer hübschen Holztreppe für Terrasse, einerseits mit BlumenKaskaden von den Felsen, andererseits das Terrakotta-Dach des Holzschuppens ist bedeckt mit kletterBlumen.

Es gibt eine angenehme beraubte Wiese mit Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm um sich zu entspannen während des Nachmittages, mit Panoramablick auf umliegende Hügel.

Es gibt auch eine überbaute Fläche mit Gazebo, Tisch, Stühlen und Holzkohlengrill, zum Freien zu essen mit Freunden und Familienangehörige.

Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Doppelzimmer, mit Bettkante aus Schmiedeeisen und die Möbeln der ersten Jahren des 20. Jahrhunderts, das andere Zimmer ist gröβer, hat drei Betten ( zwei Betten können zu einem Doppelbett umgebaut werden) mit Bettkante aus Holz der ersten Jahren des 20. Jahrhunderts.

Die Bäder sind modern: das groβe Bad hat Sanitäre Einrichtungen aus grau Porzellan (Waschbecken, Bidet, WC und groβe Badewannen mit Dusche) und die Waschmaschine; das kleine Bad hat WC und Waschbecken.

Wohnzimmer mit TV, Ledersofa und Sessel, Speisesaal mit Tisch aus Schmiedeeisen und Kristallglas (8 Platzzahl) mit Holzanrichten und ein schöner Ofen aus Gusseisen für die winterlichen Tage.
