Nel cuore del Chianti in Toscana, a soli 20 minuti dal centro di Firenze, sorge Podere Greve, una azienda agricola dedita alla coltivazione di grano, frutteto e ortaggi.
All'interno dell'azienda, diamo in affitto turistico, uno splendida casale in campagna, sapientemente restaurato, con cotto e travi a vista, camino. Il casale consta di 170 mq, di cui: cucina, tinello e ampio loggiato esterno, al piano terreno e quatto camere da letto, oltre il bagno, al primo piano. Totale 10 posti letto.
La colonica è affittata in esclusiva a settimane o per brevi periodi (minimo tre giorni). Ampio giardino, con gazebo, pergolato e barbecue. Posti auto. Possibilità di sosta camper (agricampeggio) e/o affitto dell'intera struttura per matrimoni o cerimonie.
Si noleggiano anche mezzi vintage, quali spider Alfa Romeo, vespe PX, ET3, bici vintage per EROICA e fuoristrada. Si organizzano anche tour in fuoristrada.

In the heart of Chianti in Tuscany, only 20 minutes from the Florence center, lies Podere Greve. Podere Greve is a authentic farm, devoted to the cultivation of wheat , fruit trees and vegetables .
Within the company , we rent tourist , one beautiful house in the countryside , expertly restored , with terracotta tiles and exposed beams , fireplace. The house consists of 170 square meters , of which: kitchen, dining room and large outdoor porch , on the ground floor. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, and the bathroom. Total 10 beds.
The farmhouse is rented exclusively to weeks or for short periods (minimum three days) . Outside, large garden with gazebo, pergola and barbecue. Very large cars park. Possibility Motorhome ( camping ) and / or rent the whole structure for weddings or ceremonies .
Also it is possible rent vintage vehicles, such as the Alfa Romeo SPIDER GTV, Vespa Piaggio PX, Vespa Piaggio ET3 , vintage bike for EROICA and SUVs (off-road). They also organize tours by jeep OFF-ROAD.

Innerhalb des Unternehmens , wir Touristen , ein schönes Haus auf dem Land mieten, fachmännisch restauriert, mit Terrakotta-Fliesen und Holzbalken , Kamin. Das Haus besteht aus 170 Quadratmetern , davon: Küche, Esszimmer und eine groβe Outdoor-Terrasse , im Erdgeschoss und vier Schlafzimmer sowie Badezimmer im ersten Stock. Insgesamt 10 Betten .
Das Bauernhaus ist ausschlieβlich Wochen gemietet oder für kurze Zeiträume (mindestens drei Tage). Groβer Garten mit Pavillon, Pergola und Grill. Cars. Möglich Wohnmobil ( Camping ) und / oder die gesamte Struktur für Hochzeiten oder Feiern mieten.
Auch für mieten Oldtimer-Fahrzeugen , wie Alfa Romeo, PX Wespen, ET3 , Vintage- Bike für heroische und SUVs. Sie organisieren auch Touren mit dem Jeep .
