L’architettura originale è stata conservata con attenzione dalla famiglia Moriani per dare ad ogni suite l'atmosfera e il fascino di un tempo, che ha saputo conservare con attenzione l'architettura di un tempo, soffitti con travi a vista e pavimenti in cotto originale conferiscono ad ogni singolo appartamento un fascino unico.
