Casale il Giuncheto è un antico splendido casale panoramico, completamente indipendente del 1300 (ex casa torre di origine medievale) posto in una piccola borgata, immerso tra oliveti e vigneti a 400 m. s.l.m., in posizione sulle colline del Chianti.

Il Giuncheto offre un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante in un ambiente naturale al centro di itinerari di interesse storico ed artistico: è possibile effettuare innumerevoli escursioni naturalistiche a piedi o in bicicletta, su percorsi adeguatamente segnalati, per chi ama l'arte e la storia, nelle vicinanze può visitare borghi, pievi, monasteri e i famosi castelli del Chianti oppure le più importanti città d'arte della Toscana come Firenze, Siena ed Arezzo, che distano circa 35 km.



La casa si trova a soli 2 km dal paese di Castelfranco di Sopra, dove ci sono negozi e servizi di qualsiasi genere e a meno di 15 km dal casello autostradale A1 di Incisa Valdarno.



Bellissimo casale di oltre 200 mq, (7 posti letto) su tre piani (7 stanze): il piano terra composto da zona pranzo con camino, grande cucina, camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia; il 1° piano composto da un’ampia sala con camino, camera matrimoniale, ampio terrazzo panoramico, loggiato panoramico e bagno con doccia; il 2° piano (mansarde) costituito da: una camera matrimoniale, e da una piccola camera singola. La casa è completamente arredata in stile, con cotto e travi a vista.



Nello spazio esterno della villa sono disponibili 3 posti auto privati.

The receptive structure that has the possibility to accommodate until to a maximum of 7 persons, (200 sqm) has a private garden (500 sqm) with a swimming pool (8 x 4 x 1,20 - equipped with several deckchair) and a fantastic view on medieval country of Castelfranco di Sopra and Chianti hills. The private garden has a pergola and a barbeque. You can enjoy your meals outside.



Il Giuncheto offers a pleasant and relaxing stay in a natural site, central for historical and artistic itineraries. It can be the starting point for many naturalistic excursions and, for visiting parish churches, Chianti castles, monasteries and the most important cities of Tuscany: Arezzo, Florence, Siena, which can be reached in about 40 minutes by car.



The house is situated only 2 km from Castelfranco di Sopra, where you can find shops of any kind and 15 Km away from the highway (A1 - tollhouse of Incisa Valdarno).



Wonderful country house that develops on on three floors for a total surface of 200 sqm, (possible beds 7): the ground floor composed of a dining room with fireplace, a roomy kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower; the first floor composed of a spacious living room with fireplace, a double bedroom, a bath with shower, and a large panoramic attractive terrace. The top floor (mansards) composed of: double bedroom with a double bed and a small single bedroom.

The house is completely furnished in style.



Casale il Giuncheto would suit one or two families or group of friends who will have the entire complex to their disposition i.e. the villa, garden, the swimming pool, and private car park.

Casale il Giuncheto ist ein antikes, wundershones Landhaus mit Panoramablick aus dem 14. Jhd. (der ehmals bewohnte Turn ist original aus dem Mittelalter) und befindet sich in einen kleinen Vorort, zwischen Olivenhainen und Weinergen, 400 m uber dem Meeresspiegel. Es liegt in einer erhohten Position uber den Hugeln des Chiantigebietes, ein besonderes geologisches Phanomen von rare Shonheit.



Das Ferienhaus mit über 200 m² (7 Schlafstellen).



Im privaten Garten (500 m²), von dem aus man einen phantastischen Panoramablick geniesst, gibt es einen Swimmingpool mit den Maβen 8 x 4 x 1,20 m, ausgestattet mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenliegen. Für Abendessen im Freien steht ein Gartenpavillon und ein Grill zur Verfügung.



Il Giuncheto bietet einen angenehmen und entspannenden Aufenthalt in einem natürlichen Aufstellungsort an, der für die historischen und künstlerischen Reisewege zentral ist. - der 2° Stock besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa (für einen Erwachsenen oder zwei Kinder) sowie einem kleinen Einzelschlafzimmer (für einen Erwachsenen).

Das Haus ist komplett und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit Fussboden aus Cotto und sichtbaren Deckenbalken.



Das Gutshaus ist eine exklusive Struktur für eine oder mehrere Familien oder eine Gruppe von Freunden, denen der gesamte Komplex zu ihrer freien Verfügung steht: das Haus, der Swimmingpool, der Garten mitsamt Ausstattung und der Privatparkplatz. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt
