La Casa Vacanze ’LA TORRE DEL SOLE’ si trova a Mazara del Vallo, provincia di Trapani, in viale Tirreno ad angolo con via Bessarione, (Contrada Tonnarella, zona dei lidi) e dista circa 400 metri dalla spiaggia. La struttura, di recente costruzione, è stata completamente ristrutturata rispettando tutte le norme termiche ed igienico sanitarie, ed è composta da due costruzioni: un corpo basso dove insistono cinque appartamenti di cui due bilocali dedicati a famiglie più numerose e una torre a due piani composta da un ampio ingresso con reception e nove monolocali, di cui due dedicati a portatori di handicap. Gli appartamenti si distinguono per piano non dai numeri ma dai colori tratti dalle tinte del mare e del luogo (avrete la possibilità di scegliere se alloggiare in una camera salmone, verde Caraibi, gialla, azzurra o verde mela. Tutte le abitazioni sono dotate di angolo cottura con frigorifero, forno a microonde, tavolo con sedie pari al numero degli ospiti, ferro e asse da stiro, lavatrice (nei bilocali), stoviglie, posate e batteria di pentole in acciaio inox, TV LCD satellitare, ADSL wi-fi, armadi a muro, aria condizionata climatizzata, impianto di riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda a ciclo continuo con ricircolo generata da caldaia e pannelli solari, biancheria da letto e bagno adeguata per gli ospiti. I bagni, con antibagno, sono tutti provvisti di doccia, phon e armadietti, offrono adeguato confort ed intimità. Il sistema di infissi è di grande qualità con finestre a taglio termico e con vetri a basso emissivo e anti intrusione che permettono una perfetta insonorizzazione e privacy. Tutti i mobili di arredamento, porte, armadi, comodini, sono realizzati in legno massello e trattati con vernici ad acqua, adeguandosi al rispetto della natura. Dal secondo piano si accede alla terrazza solarium, dalla quale si può ammirare il tramonto o prendere il sole. All'esterno sono disponibili gazebo con tavoli e sedie per mangiare all'aria aperta, docce esterne dotate di acqua calda, quattro barbecue indipendenti per chi volesse cucinare alla brace, (nel porticciolo di Mazara del Vallo è possibile acquistare l'incomparabile pesce siciliano o i famosi gamberoni rossi del mediterraneo).
Sotto il portico si trovano distributori di snack e bevande; è possibile noleggiare bici per una bella passeggiata in città o lungo i quattro chilometri di spiaggia, con la possibilità di disporre dei servizi del lido attrezzato, convenzionato con la struttura. Giusto di fronte alla struttura c’è un grande supermarket per chi volesse fare spesa o consumare pasti take-away dove troverete un po' di tutto a prezzi vantaggiosi.

Vacation house ’LA TORRE DEL SOLE’ is located in Mazara del Vallo in the province of Trapani. It is 400 meters far from the Tonnarella Beach and 1500 meters away from Italy’s biggest fishing harbor. The building was completely modernized following all the health and hazard regulations. It’s made of two buildings: the lower one has 2 two-room apartments and 3 one-room apartment. Once you arrive, you can easily check out the particular tower in which you can find our reception, as well as other rooms. It has 9 one-room and two-room apartments. Two of these have access for disabled people. Each room is defined by a color instead of a number in order to let customers choose the color they desire. Each room has a kitchenette (including kitchen items) with fridge, microwave, table, chairs, TV, internet wifi, washing machine (only in the two-room apartments) and independent air conditioning. The hot water is provided by solar panels. Bedroom and bathroom linens are provided. The comfortable bathroom, has an entrance room, shower, hairdryer and cabinets for personal belongings. The high quality shutters have thermal insulation, and are perfectly secure and sound proof. Our building is refined in stone, which also provides a soundproof but still familiar environment. The solid-wood furniture and doors, painted with water-based pigments, makes your stay secure and healthy. The second floor leads to the beautiful solarium-terrace, which overlooks the breathtaking view of Mazara sea and it’s amazing sunsets. You can tan up while relaxing in a deckchair. The solarium provides shade as well, while enjoying a lovely sea breeze. If the sun gets to hot, the outdoor showers could be a refreshing idea. You can enjoy dinner cooking for yourself in your apartment or using our barbecues provided in the backyard as well as going out for a fancy restaurant. Whatever will be your decision we care to give you all the possibilities in order to make your stay as much as possible. On the ground floor there is a porch with a TV and a drink dispenser to socialize with other guests. There is a big store in front of our vacation house where you can find everything you need so cheap! If you wish to take a ride around Sicilian countryside, we will offer you the possibility to rent a bike or a car.
