Situato in via Gorizia (angolo Via Roma) a meno di cento metri dalla Stazione Centrale. Il B&B è locato all’interno del Palazzo Rutelli (progettato dall’architetto Ernesto Basile). è un luogo semplice ed ameno dove soggiornare in piena tranquillità grazie alla cortesia e disponibilità dei suoi proprietari. La vicinanza dalla Stazione Centrale agevola lo spostamento comodo, tramite autobus cittadini e metropolitana, per
tutta la città, nonché verso l’aeroporto Falcone-Borsellino ottimamente collegato anche dalle autolinee private.
La posizione strategica del B&B permette di raggiungere, anche a piedi, numerosi monumenti ed edifici d’interesse storico-culturale. Infatti, percorrendo la via Roma si può arrivare al caratteristico mercato della Vucciria. Proseguendo si può giungere al maestoso Teatro Massimo (progettato dallo stesso Basile) e successivamente in Piazza
Castelnuovo, per ammirare l’elegante Teatro Politeama Garibaldi.
Percorrendo la vicina via Lincoln si può visitare lo splendido Orto Botanico e l’affascinante giardino all’italiana di Villa Giulia (prospiciente al lungomare del Foro Italico).
Il B&B è situato al terzo piano del Palazzo ed è servito da ascensore.
Le camere, luminose ed alte (alcune dotate di balconcino), sono provviste di diversi comfort: bagno privato dotato di asciugacapelli, set per l’igiene personale, televisore con lettore DVD, climatizzatore
e internet wireless.
La prima colazione, tipicamente italiana, viene normalmente servita tra le 7:30 e le 9:30.
Ai clienti saranno distribuiti gratuitamente mappa della città e vari depliant turistici su Palermo e sulla Sicilia.

Located in Via Gorizia (corner Via Roma) less than 100m from the central station, our B&B is located within the Palace Rutelli (designed by architect Ernesto Basile). It is a simple and pleasant place to stay due to the courtesy and helpfulness of its owners. The central station is very close to the B&B and it facilitates the comfortable moving through public bus and subway in the city and toward the airport Falcone - Borsellino which is also approachable by the bus "Prestia & Comandè". B&B 's location facilitates the visit of many monuments and buildings of historical interest in Palermo. Specifically, it is easy to visit Vuccinia Market and the Magestic Theatre, Massimo (also designed by Ernesto Basile), and subsequently Piazza Castelnuovo, to admire the elegant Teatro Politeama Garibaldi. Along the road near Lincoln, you can visit the splendid botanic garden and the garden of Villa Giulia (next to the waterfront of Foro Italico). The B&B is located on the 3rd floor and served by a lift. The rooms, bright and high (some with balconies) are equipped with several amenities: private bathroom with hairdryer, a set of personal hygiene, television with DVD player, air conditioning, internet (cable or wireless). The breakfast (incl. to the room price) is typically Italian, normally served between 7:30 and 9:30. Das B&B Castiglia befindet sich im Palazzo Rutelli (Arch. Ernesto Basile), via Gorizia/Ecke via Roma, kaum 100 Meter vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Eine einfache und angenehme Bleibe persönlich betreut von den Betreibern. Alle wichtige Ziele sind einfach erreichbar mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bzw. zu Fuss: der Mercato della Vucciria, das Teatro Massimo, das Teatro Politeama Garibaldi,der botanische Garten und die Gärten der Villa Giulia. Das B&B befindet sich im 3. Stock des Palazzo. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Die hellen Zimmer mit hohen Decken verfügen über einen kleinen Balkon, Bad, Fernseher mit DVD-Player, Klimaanlage und Internet (Wireless). Das italienische Frühstück wird zwischen 7.30 und 9.30 Uhr serviert. Für unsere Gäste stehen Stadtpläne und Infos zur Verfügung.
