Il Bed and Breakfast binot si trova a carmagnola ad appena 29 Km da Torino e 40 da Alba.
La sua posizione è ottimale per raggiungere le bellezze della città barocca e per poter degustare le prelibatezze delle Langhe e del Roero.
Le due camere doppie, che all’occorrenza possono essere usate come singole, si trovano in una vecchia cascina dell’ottocento da poco restaurata con gusto e passione.
Ogni camera dispone di riscaldamento e ventilatore a pale al soffitto, Tv e lettore DVD .
In comune è a disposizione un’ampia sala da bagno con doccia , asciugacapelli, bagno schiuma e sapone.
La biancheria da bagno e da letto viene cambiata ogni tre giorni.
Vi è la possibilità di usare la lavatrice e il ferro da stiro.
Gli ospiti possono fruire di due postazioni pc con connessione internet WIFI gratuita., della macchina per il caffè Nespresso, e di un minibar fornito di bevande e snacks (a pagamento).
La colazione viene servita nella sala relax della struttura attrezzata con divano, poltroncine, radioregistratore e angolo lettura oppure, nelle belle giornate, sull’ampio terrazzo fiorito.
Un bellissimo giardino di ortensie è a disposizione dei nostri amici e dei loro graditi animali di piccola taglia.
Da binot si parla inglese, francese, spagnolo, tedesco, catalano, svizzero tedesco e piemontese.
Gli ospiti dispongono di un numero telefonico personale, del servizio fax a pagamento come di un posto auto scoperto gratuito all’interno del cortile o coperto su richiesta.

The Bed and Breakfast binot is located in Carmagnola 29 Km from Turin and 40 from Alba.
Its position is optimal in order to visit the beauties of the baroque city and to taste the specialities of the Langhe and the Roero. In a recently renovated 19th century farmhouse you’ll find two double rooms, than in occurrence can be used as single. Every room has heating and ceiling fan, Tv and DVD. In common there is a wide bathroom with shower, hairdryer, provided of bath foam and soap. Bath and bedroom linen are changed every three days. There is the possibility to use the washing machine and the iron. The hosts can use two PC with free Internet WIFI, the machine for the Nespresso coffee, and a minibar supplied of drinks and snacks (extra charge). The breakfast is served in the relax area equipped with sofa, armchairs, radio and reading corner or, in the beautiful days, on the wide flower terrace. A beautiful garden is available for our friends and theirs appreciate pets. By binot it is spoken English, French, Spanish, German, Catalan, Swiss German and Piedmontese. The hosts can have a personal telephone number, a fax service fax as a free uncovered parking place inside the courtyard or a covered upon request.

Das ’Bed and Breakfast’ BINOT ist 29km südlich von Turin und 40km (Himmelsrichtung?) von Alba, in Carmagnola, gelegen. Seine Lage eignet sich optimal, um die Schönheit des barocken Städtchens zu entdecken und um die kulinarischen Spezialitäten der Langhe und der (des? m/f?) Roero zu geniessen.
Die zwei Doppelzimmer (auch als Einzelzimmer buchbar) befinden sich im ehemaligen Schopf/Stall (?) eines achthundertjährigen Gehöfts, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und restauriert wurde. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über Heizung und eine Deckenventilation, TV und DVD.
Ein grosses Badezimmer mit Dusche, steht zur gemeinsamen Benutzung zur Verfügung und ist mit Bade- und Handtüchern, Haartrockner, Seife und Badeschaum ausgestattet.
Die Bade- und Bettwäsche wird jeden dritten Tag gewechselt. Eine Waschmaschine sowie ein Bügeleisen kann benutzt werden. Es stehen zwei PC- Anschlüsse mit Logon Free Internet WIFI zur Verfügung, ebenso eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und eine Minibar mit Drinks und Snacks (separat verrechnet).
Das reichhaltige Frühstück wird in der gemütlich eingerichteten Sitz-/Leseecke serviert, oder findet an schönen Tagen auf der blühenden Terrasse statt.
Ein wunderschöner Hortensiengarten (nur Hortensien?) steht unseren Gästen und ihren (kleinen) Haustieren zur Verfügung.
Im BINOT spricht man Englisch, Französisch, Spanisch, Katalanisch, Deutsch, Schweizerdeutsch, und Piemontesisch.
Auf Verlangen stellen wir unseren Gästen eine eigene Telefonnummer, Faxanschluss und einen ungedeckten Parkplatz im Innenhof zur Verfügung.
