L'appartamento, recentemente rimodernato in un palazzo dei primi '900, è ubicato nel quartiere Esquilino all'interno delle storiche Mura Aureliane, di fronte alla Basilica di Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, a 300 m dalla Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano e nelle immediate vicinanze del Colosseo e della Stazione Termini (entrambi distanti circa 1, 2 km).

Esso è composto da ingresso, cucina abitabile e quattro camere matrimoniali (tre di esse hanno anche un letto singolo - no brandina! - per eventuale terza persona oppure se preferite dormire in letti separati).

Ciascuna camera è dotata di riscaldamento, aria condizionata, connessione wi-fi 24h, tv lcd con digitale terrestre e bagno privato con asciugacapelli e kit per la doccia.
Lenzuola e teli del bagno, oltre che al riassetto giornaliero della camera, inclusi.

The apartment, recently renovated in a beautiful early '900, is located in the Esquilino area within the historic Aurelian Walls, opposite the Basilica of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, 300 m from the Basilica of St. John Lateran and very near the Colosseum and Termini Station (both about 1, 2 km).

It comprises large entrance hall, kitchen and four bedrooms (three with private bath and a private bathroom just outside the room).

Each room has a double bed, heating, air conditioning, LCD TV with digital TV and a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and shower.

Free wi-fi 24h, daily room with bath towels replaced every 2-3 days (depending on length of stay) included.

Free luggage storage for check-in before and 13 hours for check-out after 10 hours.

Possibility of car parking at a cost of 9. 00 ¤ per day (to be booked in advance), as an alternative parking space outside NOT pay.
