L’appartamento, con ingresso indipendente e recentemente ristrutturato, è arredato con gusto e ben rifinito. A disposizione degli ospiti un grande soggiorno/pranzo con angolo cottura completamente attrezzato (la cui pulizia è a cura del cliente), dove viene servita la colazione continentale a buffet e di una zona relax con comodi divani, TV e camino che allieterà le vostre serate invernali. E’ dotato inoltre di impianto stereo e avrete la possibilità di connettervi alla rete WiFi gratuitamente.
Il B&B Il Pepe Verde dispone di 7 posti letto in camere doppie, triple e quadruple e di due posti letto su divano-letto singolo. Tutte le camere comode ed accoglienti, arredate in stile moderno, lineare e confortevole, sono state ristrutturate recentemente e dispongono di servizi privati con doccia o vasca, asciugacapelli, riscaldamento autonomo e Tv color. Pulizia giornaliera e utilizzo della biancheria da bagno e da letto con cambio ogni 3 giorni.
Una rampa di accesso alla villa vi permetterà di parcheggiare la vostra macchina all’interno.
La lingua non è un problema, la titolare della struttura parla, infatti, correntemente il francese, l'inglese e il tedesco. Inoltre, prenotando un soggiorno presso il nostro bed and breakfast potrete usufruire della convenzione con alcuni ristoranti della zona.

The ’Pepe Verde’ is placed in a natural context inside of a Residential Center called ’Parco Azzurro’ controlled day and night by qualified personal and offers an equipped garden with cribs and plays for children where you will have the possibility to relax in all quiet or to make breakfast outside during the period of the beautiful season.
The apartment, with independent entrance, recently renovated, is tastefully furnished and well finished.
At guests' disposal a spacious living room / dining room with kitchen (which is cleaned by the customer), where we serve a continental breakfast buffet and a relaxation area with comfortable sofas, TV and a fireplace that will brighten your winter evenings. It 'also has a stereo and you can connect to WiFi network for free.
The B & B Il Pepe Verde has 7 beds in double, triple and quadruple rooms and two beds on a sofa bed. All the rooms comfortable and cozy furnished in modern style, straight and comfortable, have been recently restructured and have private bathrooms with shower or bathtub, hairdryer, independent heating and color TV. Daily cleaning and use of towels and bed linen changed every 3 days.
An access ramp to the villa will allow you to park your car inside.
The language is not a problem, the owner of the property speaks, in fact, currently English, French and German. Also, by booking a stay at our bed and breakfast you can take advantage of the agreement with some restaurants in the area.
The B & B Il Pepe Verde holds regular authorization APT (Azienda Promozione Turistica della Provincia di Roma) and meets all standards of hygiene and security in accordance with the applicable law.
