Looking for a nice temporary residence? This is your flat! ’Parma Vecchia’ is a comfortable and gracious apartment in the very heart of the town. It is located at the 1.st floor of an historical house in the characteristic atmosphere of a small square in the popular ’Oltretorrente’ area. This flat is well equipped for every needs, ideal for short stays, either as a holiday, for business or for study.

The house is quiet and comfortable. The flat comprises of a large welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchenette (including potteries and dishwasher), a double room with wardrobe, with an additional comfortable sofa bed located in the living room, there is a bathroom with shower and a washing machine.



Minimum stay: one night, maximum 6 months.



Keys are provided so that you can enjoy free access to the flat at any time.



Discount rates apply to long stays (one week or more) according to duration and number of people staying.



Children aged 3 and younger stay for free!



Highchairs and cots are available upon request.
