L’appartamento è posizionato di fronte al Palazzo di Città al 3°piano di un edificio che risale all’inizio dell’ anno 1000.

Una volta giunti al piano e entrati nell’appartamento si accede in un accogliente soggiorno/pranzo

potrete trascorrere del tempo e rilassarvi, o guardando la tv o affacciandovi al bellissimo terrazzo che è su via Roma. Le stanze per gli ospiti sono 4 matrimoniali sono disposte su diversi livelli e di diversa metratura potrete scegliere quella che è più adatta alle vostre esigenze 3 di esse affacciano sul grazioso vicoletto’ Guaiferio ’pieno centro storico,1 affaccia su via Roma.

L’appartamento è collocato in una posizione ottimale:è a meno di 60m dalla spiaggia, è a meno di 500m dalla stazione ferroviaria( per raggiungere Pompei o Napoli o Paestum per esempio.) meno di 500m dal porto molo Manfredi dove nel periodo estivo partono traghetti per Capri per la costiera amalfitana( Maiori Minori Amalfi Positano) traghetti per la costiera cilentana( Paestum Acciaroli Sapri ecc.) A 20m c’è la fermata dei pullman di linea per girare la città .L’autostrada è a 1km.

La splendida Salerno con un lungo mare alberato dove si può passeggiare in tutta tranquillità, la sosta inevitabile è alla Gelateria Nettuno la sua specialità è il gelato alla’ nocciotella’. Se si procede in direzione Vietri c’è la villa comunale con magnifici alberi secolari dove a metà aprile c’è una magnifica manifestazione fluoro-vivaista di piante rare e fiori ’ La Mostra della Minerva’ di rilievo nazionale.

Via Roma è piena di ristoranti, ristoranti, trattorie, winebar.

Telecamere per le stradine del centro tutelano la sicurezza si può vivere la città anche di notte.

Alle spalle dell’appartamento c’è il centro storico magnifici vicoletti come via dei Mercanti

dove ci sono negozi di alta gastronomia, cioccolaterie, negozi di ceramica , goiellerie ecc.

Da non perdere è una cena al famosissimo ristorante’ Vicolo della Neve’ a circa 150 m dal BeB.

La pasticceria Pantaleone anche questa è una sosta obbligata assaggiate la’ scazzetta ’.

La festa del Crocifisso è un evento da non perdere il centro storico rivive tra canti e danze folcroristiche tra stands eno-gastronomici e di artigianato, mercatini di antiquariato e mercatini delle pulci, mostre e spettacoli sono 3gg intensi di eventi, si ripete 2 volte l’anno, in aprile e in dicembre.

Il 21 di settembre è festa patronale si celebra San Matteo in la processione con 6 santi……. e quel caratteristico odore di aceto che si sente in tutte le stradine infatti si prepara un antico piatto caro alla tradizione locale la milza all’aceto.

L’immancabile visita è quella al Duomo, segue la chiesa di San Benedetto, castel Terracina di epoca normanna, al periodo longobardo risalgono la cappella palatina di San Pietro a Corte costruita sul frigidario di una terma romana del I secolo d.c. la chiesa di Santa Maria de Lama, la chiesa di Sant’Andrea de Lama, la chiesa di Santa Maria dei Barbuti, la chiesa di San Domenico, la chiesa di San Benedetto, il museo archeologico ecc. I giardini della Minerva primo orto botanico d’Europa risalente al XIII secolo realizzato per la Scuola Medica Salernitana. Il castello Arechi. la Pinacoteca di Palazzo Pinto lungo via Mercanti. ecc Un centro storico tutto da scoprire..!

Vi piace il Teatro: c’è l’Augusteo nel Palazzo di Città di fronte al B B; a 100metri c’è il TEATRO VERDI la cui programmazione è di rilievo internazionale.

Vi piace andare al cinema ci sono 2 sale il 1°di fronte casa l’altro a pochi metri. C’è poi il multisala a circa 2,5 km.

Our BB is exactly in the centre of the town instead of it’s very quiet and comfortable it’s situated in an old historical building, which was constructed in the 1000.The apartment in on the third floor. Once you arrive into the apartment you find a very hospital living room where you could spent your free time and relax yourself if you are tired to hanging out or also meeting the other guests. There you can also watch television otherwise stay on the panoramic terrace which faced on one of the main street of the city ,via Roma.The location of the apartment is perfect to visit the main attractive points of the town:It’s only 60m far from the beach of Santa Teresa. At 500m from the railway station (where you can catch the train to go to Pompeii-Ecolano-Naples- Paestum) At 500m from the harbour where during the summer time leave fairies to the Amalfi coast ( Maiori Minori Amalfi Positano)and Cilento coast (Paestum Acciaroli Sapri etc.) At 20m from the bus stop. The magnificent seafront with it’s beautiful trees is very close from our BB, there you can go running or have a walk in complete serenity and do the obligatory stop to the most famous ice-cream shop ’Nettuno’, where you can taste it’s speciality ice ’nocciotella’. There is also the public garden where you can find ancient trees and duringspring time is organized the ’Minerva’s Fair’ with many stands of coloured flowers and plants. Via Roma, which is famous for the night life of the city is full of winebar, restaurants, tavern,beer house etc. Via Mercanti, it’s at about 100m ,there you can find many shops, chocolates, craft shops, ceramic shops and jewelleries etc. Many cameras positioned in the streets of the city defend the security and so you can life the night life oh the town without any worries. Corso Vittorio Emanuele is at about 200m, is the pedestrian area there you can find exclusive shops of the most famous Italian stylists. You may have dinner at the famous restaurant ’ Vicolo della neve’ at about 150m from the BB or taste the small pastry of Pantaleone , the most famous dessert is ’scazzetta’ .The most evocative event is the ’Crocifisso Fair’ trough it the old town relives with old songs , popular dancing , typical foods, craft stands, antiques markets ,shows and exhibitions. All this lasted three days ,in April and December.

On the 21st September we celebrate our Patron Saint Matthew .It will be a procession with seven saint, the main streets of the old town spread the characteristic odor of a typical local dish smilt with vinegar.The inevitable place to visit is the Dome, the Chapel of Saint Peter’s Court built on a frigidarium of an ancient roman bath of the I century a.C. Than there are the Church of Saint Maria De Lama, of Saint Andrea De Lama and of Saint Maria of ’Long beard’ and Saint Domenico..!

From the evocative Castle of Arechi on evening there is a spectacular view of the Gulf of Salerno, with his uncountable lights.The Garden of Minerva, is the first botanical garden of Europe realized in the XIII century by the medical school of Salerno.

Do you like going to the theater? So, al about 100m you find ’Teatro Verdi’ which hosts many international exhibitions.Do you like cinema? Well, one is in front of us and a bigger one in only 2.5 km far.







The rooms are three,located on two level and of different size.You may choose which one is more comfortable to your wish.Two of these faced on a pretty small street called "Guaiferio",in the centre of the old town.The other faced on Via Roma.
