L'idea nasce dalla volonta' del giovane titolare di voler offrire un servizio di pernottamento ad un prezzo minimo garantito per tutti quei giovani che hanno voglia di esplorare il mondo senza rinunciare al confort , divertendosi alla grande...e sopratutto.....senza spender cifre blu, come quelle che di solito occorrono per pernottare in localita' cosi' rinomate come la stupenda isola d'Ischia. La struttura e' piccola, questo garantisce tranquillita' e privacy nonostante la posizione centralissima.
La struttura si trova in un palazzo settecentesco,appena ristrutturato, vecchia dimora di artisti di calibro internazionale quali Bolivar e Peperone.
Le arcate a volta e botte incanteranno gli appassionati di storia ed architettura.
La struttura si trova nel cuore pulsante dell'isola, nel luogo piu' centrale, turistico ed importante del paese, il corso di Forio d'Ischia, accanto a banche, ristoranti, boutiques, tavole calde, pizzerie,bar, night clubs, a 100 metri dal porto degli aliscafi , 120 metri dalla spiaggia piu' vicina e 130 metri dalla movida. Le spiaggie di Cava dell' Isola e Citara distano rispettivamente 5 e 10 minuti (a piedi).Come avrete intuito il nostro punto di forza e' la POSIZIONE CENTRALISSIMA, avrete tutto a portata di mano senza bisogno di utilizzare alcun trasporto.

Disponiamo di convenzioni con auto-moto noleggi, pizzerie, bars, clubs parchi termali etc, grazie a noi tutto vi costera' meno.
Offriamo la classica colazione all'italiana: (cornetto e caffe'),nel bar piu' prestigioso, il Re del Caffe', adiacente alla struttura.
A disposizione dei nostri ospiti, una saletta tv , luogo ideale per socializzare con gli altri ospiti ed un terrazzo esterno, ideale per rilassarsi nelle calde e frequenti giornate che l'isola offre.
Una piccola cucina dotata di tutto il necessario e' presente in una stanza a parte.

Servizi gratuiti: internet wifi nello spazio comune e tv sat, ventilatori in tutte le camere.

Servizi a pagamento: lavatrice , aria condizionata e servizio cassaforte.

Servizio cambio biancheria 2 volte a settimana e comunque ad ogni cambio ospite.

The idea was born from the will ' of the young owner of wanting to offer an overnight service at a guaranteed minimum price for all those young people who have a great desire to explore the world in comfort while having fun without spending big figures , such as those usually need to stay in a place like the wonderful island of Ischia. The structure is small , this ensures privacy and tranquility ' despite being in position CENTRAL . We are in a palace , recently renovated, the old home of international artists such as Bolivar and Pepper . The vaulted arches and barrel ,enchant lovers of history and architecture ..


The property is located in the heart of the island, in the place more central and important of all , the main street of the town Forio d' Ischia, near to banks, supermarkets, the most famous boutiques , restaurants , eateries , pizzerias, etc. You just open the door of the structure and you're on the course, but mostly, what interests us young people, 100 meters from the nightlife of the trendy young crowd and 100 meters from the main port were you can take hydrofoils. The closer beach is distant 100 meters.
Our strong point is the centrality : you'll have everything at your fingertips without having to use any transport.


We bring you around for free to see the sights more 'beautiful , we have agreement with car rentals , pizzerias , parks, pools, bars , night bars , night clubs, thanks to us all will cost ' much less to you.
